How To Get To Zuri Restaurant & Parking Details

Most people walk from their respective hotels, take a tuk-tuk, or hop on a bike.

While there’s no dedicated parking, the nearby beachside parking or hotel valet services might help. Tuk-tuks and bikes can usually be parked along the lane for short visits.

Walking the way to Zuri in Phuket from Grand Mercure and meeting some cute, fluffy dogs.

Insight: When we were staying at Andamantra, we’d hop on those quirky dancing tuk-tuks (check out the Insta post below—total vibe!). But once we shifted to Grand Mercure, we started walking to this area because it was super close, and honestly, the stroll made it even better.

Where Is Zuri Restaurant Located? (Precise Directions)

As shared, Zuri Restaurant Phuket is located on the second floor of Zuri Resort, right along Patong Beach, in the heart of Phuket’s buzzing west coast.

🚶‍♀️ If you’re walking from Patong Beach:

  • Head towards the northern end of Patong Beach.
  • Look for Soi Dr. Watthana (check the map below), a small lane just off the beach road.
  • Zuri Restaurant is in Zuri Resort, up a flight of stairs (note: the stairs are narrow and not wheelchair-friendly).
  • It’s about a 2–5 minute walk from most beachside hotels in that area.

🛺 If you’re coming by tuk-tuk or taxi:

  • Ask the driver for “Zuri Resort near Patong Beach” or show them the Google Maps pin.
  • Landmark: It’s close to the Kalim Viewpoint and IndoChine Resort area.
  • Most tuk-tuk drivers know this spot, especially if you say it’s an Indian restaurant with a sea view.

What’s So Special About Zuri Restaurant?

It’s not just the food (though the food is reason enough).

It’s the setting.

Oh-myyyy-wow-woww!
(Insight: Go for outdoor seating if you love watching sunsets.)

Also, what you’ll love the most about Zuri Restaurant is the way it quietly sits at the edge of Patong Beach, letting you relax, have your dishes while enjoying the view, and just be.

Unapologetic. Imperfect. Perfect.

And if you happen to catch it during sunset?

Game over, dude!
Nothing else compares.

Sunset view - beyound beautiful!

Sunset At Zuri Restaurant

At Zuri Cafe Phuket, the sky literally starts performing for you.

One minute it’s golden, the next it’s cotton-candy pink, the next it’s soothing purple, the next it’s mellow blue… As if colours are playing garba. As if the sky borrowed the sea’s colors and forgot to give them back.

Trust me, your plate will be full, your heart fuller.

And for a second, you will forget about your itinerary, future plans, expectations, job, investments, everything… because this?

This is the moment. The moment you live. In the present.

No past traumas. No future plans. This very exact moment.

That’s precisely why Zuri Restaurant isn’t just about food. It’s about sitting there thinking, “Bas, yehi toh chahiye hai zindagi mein – Sukoon.”

Zuri Restaurant Menu

The menu is… how do I say this without sounding dramatic? Hold on…

The menu is — I’ve got it — a beautifully designed temptation.

Every page is so thoughtfully curated, it feels like flipping through a glossy travel magazine, but for food.

And the texture? Premium.
The font? Premium.
The food visuals. Premium. (Delicious enough to taste with eyes.)

Ridiculously well-crafted.
In fact, not just well-crafted. Well-dressed!

Believe me when I say that it’s not just a menu, it’s a subtle flex. A soft-touch, thick-paged kind of luxury that makes you think,

“Wow. I need to work harder. I want to afford countries and eventually places like this on a random Tuesday.”

Don’t believe me? Have a look yourself.

Here’s the digital menu.

They also have a special kids’ menu.

Indian Menu

I can look at Zuri Restaurant’s Indian menu for hours at a stretch, and I do… until my eyes taste every dish to the last bite/slice.

Look at this. Just look at this!

Zuri Cafe's Indian menu picture - one picture from the menu

From pani puri lined up like little soldiers in shot glasses to samosas with syringes of chutney (look at the picture, just wow), every image in the menu teases your senses.

It’s desi nostalgia wrapped in elegance, styled so sharply, you’ll want to order just the photograph.

“Yaar ye photo le aao, yeh khaani hai!” was literally me to my husband. Haha.

You don’t just eat here, you admire, click, bite, then melt.

What We Ordered | The Chai Sutta Platter

The Chai Sutra Platter, for us, was a quiet celebration of being an Indian along the Thai shores.

We had come to this place the day before, at night, and got to know that this platter is served only till 6 PM.

So we hurried to Zuri the next day after our couple’s spa session (more on this in another blog) and made it just in time.

This platter is a mix of street-side favourites and familiar comforts, served with a touch of calm.

There’s Maggi, warm and messy, just the way it should be.
A crispy bread pakoda that tastes like home.
Parle-G biscuits that crumble perfectly into hot chai.
Two cigarettes, which we didn’t use because we don’t smoke.
A soft butter bun that brings back childhood with every bite.
And at the heart of it all, a white teapot, simple and graceful, pouring more than just tea, it pours pause, warmth, and a moment to breathe.

Suggestions For the Indian Foodie Heart

While we didn’t try these but I have read so much about these –

  • Butter Chicken: It is creamy, rich, and (as I have read) better than what some places serve even in India.
  • Biryani: It has fluffy basmati, saffron, tender meat, and spices that hit just right.
  • Kebabs: Smoky, juicy skewers with chutney on the side.

Thai & Turkish Menu

Zuri’s kitchen is led by chefs from India, Thailand, and Turkey—so the menu? A full-blown fusion fiesta. But I’ll stay respectfully silent on the Thai and Turkish dishes—partly because I’m vegetarian, mostly because I have no clue.

Cocktails & Bar Vibes

Zuri’s cocktails aren’t just for show, they actually taste good. Their mixologists add a bit of flair, so whether it’s a Pina Colada at sunset or a spicy Indian-inspired cocktail, you’re sorted. Non-alcoholic mocktails are also available.

Dress Code & Vibe

Beachwear is fine!

Zuri is casual yet classy, think Tulum-style boho chic, not stiff fine dining. It’s perfect for sundresses, linen shirts, and flip-flops.

Come as you are.

Even if you are drenched in water after a swim…the breezy air will make you light (both literally and metaphorically).

You have my word!

And you might end up getting all glitery just like me – thanks to their lovely staff who sweetly asked if I’d like a little sparkle. And me being me? I was like, “Of courseeee, please and thank you!” Hehe.

I absolutely love getting pampered like this!

Heena is all glittery in this picture. Her eye area has sparkles that look lovely.

What Other Review Platforms Say | Zuri Cafe Phuket Review

TripAdvisor and Zomato reviews often praise Zuri for its attentive staff, sunset views, and food that tastes like home for Indian travelers. Some mention prices are higher than local Thai joints, but agree it’s fair for the quality and setting.

How to Book A Table At Zuri Restaurant

Call them directly on +66 661 150 000 or check with your hotel concierge.

Walk-ins are welcome but sunset tables get booked fast, so a call is safer.

We didn’t book a table but were lucky to have a sunset table. Yayyy. Oyee lucky lucky oyeeee – a song reference because my heart is happy.

Things to Know Before You Go | Reminder

  • Stairs: Zuri’s on the second floor with narrow stairs which, unfortunately, aren’t the most accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.
  • Sunset Time: Arrive around 5:30 – 6:00 PM for the best sunset views and instagrammable pictures.
  • Reservation: It gets busy, especially during evenings. So reserve a table in advance to avoid disappointment, especially if you’re eyeing that perfect sea view. Luck can run out at the oddest hours.
  • Budget: Slightly on the higher end when compared to other cafes but TOTALLY worth it.

Final Verdict: Why Zuri Feels Like Home (Even When You’re 3,000 KM Away)

As an Indian traveller exploring the tropical corners of Phuket, Zuri didn’t just feed my stomach, it fed my soul.

The Chai Sutra Platter served more than food, it served sukoon

And when paired with a view that feels straight out of a dream, it reminded me that home isn’t always a place. Sometimes, it’s a feeling… a flavour… or the comfort of Parle-G dunked into hot chai.

If you’re in Phuket and craving something that feels familiar yet special, this is the spot.

Summing up – Zuri Restaurant is a must-visit, no debates.
